A cheese that can take the heat. Our haloumi, when heated, will reveal a mildly salty, mellow-yet-slightly tangy character whilst retaining its fabulous figure and distinctive texture.
Our haloumi is: vegetarian, gluten free, additive free, preservative free & handcrafted.
Ingredients: cows milk (pasteurised), salt, calcium, vegetarian rennet, culture.
Contains milk, milk products. Gluten not detected. Keep refrigerated between 1-4°C. Use within 5 days of opening. Made in New Zealand from local and imported ingredients.
